Jerk chicken is truly amazing, especially in the hot Summer months. The rub of allspice and black peppercorns mixed with fresh ginger and thyme create an incredible flavour and aroma that’s difficult to ignore. In Toronto, we’re lucky to have a fairly large Jamaican population that knows exactly what it’s doing when it comes to jerk chicken. So where’s your favorite place in the city to get some?
